Chef Vacancies (Various Levels)

We are recruiting talented chefs (all levels) on temporary & permanent basis across the London For some of our very well-known clients across the London.
Ideal Candidates (For Head Chef & Sous Chef Roles) must have

  • Good catering & English food preparation experience
  • Excellent knowledge of running busy kitchen and making food from scratch
  • The right person must speak good English
  • Be highly organised and operate within the highest standards of health & hygiene
  • Ability to work in a friendly team environment is of prime importance as well as a passion for quality and detail

Key Responsibilities:
• -Running the kitchen when the head chef is away
• -Managing food purchasing and storage
• -Maintaining a safe and hygienic kitchen environment
• -Helping create new recipes and write menus Sous Chef
• -Salary £10 to £14 per hour
Ideal Candidates (For chef de partie & commis chef Roles) must have

  • Ideal candidates must have a proven record of skills and experience in relevant job
  • Assisting the management by maintaining high levels of health, safety & hygiene
  • All candidates must have Minimum 1 to 2 years Work Experience in relevant Job

Key Responsibilities:

  • Help Senior Chef in Food preparation (according to appropriate levels)
  • Fully able to Work in busy kitchen
  • Cutting, Weighting & Packing Vegetables / Foods
  • Keep Tidy & Clean Kitchen All the time
  • Communication between chefs in the restaurant and the shop
  • Salary £7.75 to £9 per hour
