One of our client urgently looking for a Temporary Office Administrative / HR Assistant (home based vacancy), An ideal candidate must have office administrative & HR experience.

Key Duties & Requirements:

The primary responsibility of the resource would be proper HR administration and co-ordination for recruitment activities. This will include end to end employee HR life cycle including smooth onboarding, handbook maintenance, policy compliances, exit process etc.  Recruitment activities mainly include understanding the open positions and helping the recruitment team successfully interview and recruit the right candidates, help with scheduling the interviews and the associated logistics for the interviewers and interviewee


This role also includes overall operational activities that may be required from time to time such as supplier co-ordination, Maintaining calendars of the founders and directors as and when needed, maintaining travel desk, accounts & payroll coordination, employee expense management, HMRC payments and compliances, record maintenance, guest houses allocation & maintenance

Duration: 6 months contract with a very likely probability of a permanent hire following a successful performance.


(Must Have): Desired Skills and Experience

  • Graduate degree in English
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly motivated and energetic
  • Absolute discretion at all times as you will have access to confidential information
  • Ability to understand a broad range of business activities from HR to Marketing to Technology to Finance
  • IT literate; experience of word, Excel, PowerPoint, CRM or database management and other major software applications
  • Excellent administration and good secretarial skills
