An Ideal Candidate Must be able to

  • Support company’s CEO and Principal Consultants on a daily basis with expectations and diary management
  • Project coordination for events and campaigns
  • Must have experience in supporting senior stakeholders in a business support capacity

Main Responsibilities

  • Business support will be expected in terms of
  • Managing internal stakeholder expectations
  • Diary and meetings management for internal stakeholders
  • Transcribing notes from the meetings and following through with any actions required.
  • Experience in managing and facilitating events for a company.
  • Project management and coordination skills might be required for doing market research, office supplies management, etc.
  • Well-spoken and articulate with strong email / letter writing skills
  • Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Good to have

  • Coordinate and organize travel itineraries (hotel and travel bookings)
  • Devising and maintaining office systems, implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems
