We are recruiting a talented Sous Chefs X 2 on permanent basis for a well-known busy restaurant based in central London area.
Sous chef will work alongside with Head Chef to create fresh, seasonal menus for residents and growing regular customers. An ideal candidate must be ambitious and have real passion for creating great food also must be a team player and be able to assist with any section within the Kitchen.
Main Duties / Key Responsibilities:
- Running the kitchen when the head chef is away.
- Managing food purchasing and storage.
- Maintaining a safe and hygienic kitchen environment.
- Helping create new recipes and write menus Sous Chef.
- Salary 25000 to 30000 per year Plus other benefits.
