Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership & Daily Management: Directly supervise a team of 15-25 warehouse operatives, including pickers, packers, and forklift drivers. Delegate tasks, conduct briefings, and monitor performance to ensure daily targets are met or exceeded.

Essential Requirements
