Key Responsibilities
- ✓ Safely operate counterbalance, reach, and/or PPT forklifts to load/unload HGVs, move pallets, and manage stock within a busy warehouse environment.
- ✓ Conduct daily pre-operational checks (FLT checks) and maintain accurate documentation in compliance with site health and safety protocols.
- ✓ Work closely with the wider warehouse team, including Warehouse Operatives and Picker Packers, to ensure efficient order fulfilment and timely dispatch.
- ✓ Accurately track inventory movements using RF scanners or warehouse management systems (WMS), reporting any discrepancies.
- ✓ Maintain a clean, organised, and hazard-free working zone, adhering to strict 5S principles and site safety standards.
